TALON Grips are made in the USA. The raw material is manufactured in Illinois, and the grips are designed, cut, and mailed from our head office in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Contact us using this form, or call (970) 879-9600. Customer Service is available Monday-Thursday from 9-4pm MST (except holidays), and 9-11am on Fridays.

How can we help you today?

If your order status has not been changed to Shipped, we may be able to make changes to your recent order. For quickest results, please call us at 970-879-9600. Please leave a message if outside business hours or if your call is not answered right away. You can also use the Contact Us form and include Invoice number, a phone number for contact, and the item(s) that needs to be changed and the desired substitution. Orders with requested changes that result in a price change may not be shipped until the balance is settled.

Orders placed before 11am will ship the same day (Monday through Friday, except holidays). Orders placed after 11am will ship on the next business day. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Orders shipped utilizing free shipping are shipped USPS first class mail without a tracking number. Our company policy is to give the order 10 business days (14 days total) to arrive. If your order has not arrived in 10 business days, please contact us. Your order will arrive in your mailbox in a standard size 6” x 9” brown envelope with the TALON Grips logo, Do Not Bend, and first-class postage.

To help us make sure your order was sent to the correct address please confirm your mailing address matches the shipping address on your order confirmation email or Sign In to your TALON account to view the order information.

Customers utilizing FedEx shipping will be emailed a tracking number. Orders delivered within the US typically take 2 days for delivery, international delivery time will vary. Sign In to your account to view order history and the tracking number for your order.

We will accept grips for an exchange or refund if they meet the following requirements:

  • They are less than 90 days old
  • The grips were not installed and are in original condition with the backing still attached

Please mail the grips to us at the address below. The most economical way to do this is in an envelope with a stamp. Make sure to include the original invoice or Order number, and a note on the packing slip regarding the nature of your request (“Return for Refund”). We will confirm when the return is received and promptly process the refund or exchange.

To return an item(s) for exchange, there are two methods:

Quickest way:

  1. Place a new order for the correct item(s) desired.
  2. Mail the wrong item(s) back to us with a note for refund. As soon as we get it back, a full refund will be issued if the requirements described below are met.

No hurry way:

  1. Mail the wrong grip back to us with a note explaining the desired grip to exchange it for. As soon as we receive it, we will turn it around and send the desired grip back to you.

Send the return with a note on the packing slip for a refund or an exchange. Let us know which of the options above work out best for you, we'll make notes on our end to expedite things. Please mail the grips to us at the address below. The most economical way to do this is in an envelope with a stamp. Make sure to include the original invoice or Order number, and a note on the packing slip regarding the nature of your request (“Returning to Exchange for _____”). We will confirm when the return is received and promptly process the refund or exchange.

TALON Grips can be easily peeled off at any time. Any adhesive that remains on the lower frame can easily be removed with rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth. You will not be able to reinstall a grip once it has been removed.

With proper installation and care you can expect 1-3+ years from our grips. If you experience failure or premature wear on our grips within 90 days from the date of purchase, please contact us. Use the form on this page and please provide your email and phone number as well as the invoice number for the item in question.

We do ship outside the United States using FedEx International Priority service. International shipping rates vary according to each address. When the shipping address is entered at the checkout screen you will be presented with a quote prior to payment. Not included with the quote is a FedEx release fee and customs/duty tax is to be paid by the recipient.
